Well, the
tree is up, the gifts are bought and the world outside my window
is Christmas-wrapped in pristine snow. With
a little luck (and probably some overtime), I’ll be caught up on
all my work by late Friday afternoon, when I close the door to my
office. In a few days, I’ll be assisting my mom in coordinating
an epic family dinner ;-) but for me, Christmas and New Year’s are
a chance to change up my routine, recalibrate my intentions and
prepare for an even better year to come.
2007 has been
kind to me and no doubt, regardless of what you’ve attracted, it
has been good to you too, providing just the right learning experiences
that you need to get where you’re going. What I want for you in
this season and beyond is the adventure of uncertainty and the delight
of opportunity. Stay curious and watch what is trying to come your
way. There’s treasure in every moment!
SCM has been
blessed by solid support from many corners of the coaching community
and I want to thank you for the students you’ve referred to the
school and the other resources, coaching and good wishes you’ve
sent. My goals in 2008 are to complete the curriculum and have the
world’s best training faculty. We’re on our way to fulfilling both;
currently I’m lining up some of the most fantastic coach trainers
that I know. (Yay!)
